Why aren’t my steps updating?
Ensure HealthKit permissions are enabled in your device’s Settings > Health > Apps > LetsBeHealthy. In the home page pull down to refresh steps.

I referred my friend, but we haven’t received the referral coins?
If you haven’t received the referral coins, please ensure that your friend has verified their email. Additionally, try signing out and logging back into the app to refresh the rewards.
How do I earn StepCoins?
You can earn 10–30 StepCoins daily by completing a meditation session (once per day) or 500 StepCoins by inviting friends with your referral code.
Why don’t I see friend requests?
Check your internet connection and ensure notifications are enabled. Pending requests appear in the side menu with a red badge.
Can I delete my account?
Yes! Go to Settings in the app to delete your account. Your data will be removed immediately
What if I don’t get push notifications?
Verify notifications are enabled in your device settings (Settings > Notifications > LetsBeHealthy) and that Firebase Cloud Messaging is active.Still need help?
